Medium stiffness, has the fish tail design to help the blade cut through the water. Two different rubber stiffnesses in the footpocket to allow comfort for you foot while restricting too much flex, resulting in a good transfer of power. A great Beginner to intermediate freediving fin.

Pocket is fixed to the blade and not interchangeable
