RETURNS PERIOD EXTENDED TILL 31ST JANUARY FOR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING
(Returned item must remain unused to be valid for a return. Damaged returns or sale items are excluded and are not eligible for a return or exchange)
Customer satisfaction is number one priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return in same condition as when purchased with all paper work within 3 weeks and we will offer a store credit, replace or exchange your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and the full amount of shipping costs will be taken from your credit. We do not offer refunds due to changing your mind. We offer exchanges or a shop credit.
How to organise a return:
We do not accept returns on equipment in used condition (sandy, marked, wet, salty, scratched)
We accept exchanges on full priced items only as long as it is in ”brand new” condition. We do not accept returns on used or damaged gear, cut lengths of rope/rubber, wetsuits that have been altered as well as ‘SALE’ or ‘CLEARANCE’ items which are a final sale.
The return courier expenses will be at your cost to swap sizes. Items can only be returned within 3 weeks of purchase.
To send an item in for a return or exchange:
Print out our Wettie Returns form. You will need your order number which can be found on your Wettie order confirmation email or in store receipt
Package your item in a box or bag, include your return form & send it to us. Our returns address can be found on the return form. We only accept returns with the form included.
Don’t have a printer to print the form? No problem, you can copy the information requested on the form on another piece of paper and include that with your parcel. We require all of the information on the form to identify & process your return.
Packaging your return
Please dry your wetsuit before sending it into us. We do not accept or repair wet wetsuits
When returning wetsuits or any other neoprene products please ensure these are packed loosely. If they are returned to us folded, crushed & creased this will void your warranty. A loose bag or box is ideal.
This also applies to any fragile items you are wanting to return. If they are not packed sufficiently and are returned to us damaged this will also void your return. If you have questions about returns or need help finding a suitable courier company please contact us & we will be happy to help.

Cancelling your order
If you have made an order with us but would like to cancel it, give us a call and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system due to processing reasons, including:
•Products are unavailable
•We have problems processing your payment information
•We can’t ship to the address you gave us
If your order is cancelled by us, you’ll receive an e-mail or phone call which will explain the reason for the cancellation.
At that time you can contact us to try and solve the problem.
Your account will be credited for cancelled products and any related ship charges.

Our return address
Please download our returns form & find our address listed there. Due to the large number of parcels coming in and going out of our warehouse, even if you have notified one of our staff, it is vital this form is included otherwise your return will not be accepted or processed.
