Entirely steel mechanism with Ermes system and lateral line release, Mechanism from the Double Roller line, The mechanism fits perfectly into the MVD handles, it can also be used on wooden rifles.
Mechanism with patented system, operation with two rollers, one works in contact with the trigger and is linked to the release lever, the second roller, the one that holds the rod, is linked to the box with a pin and is free to move in an oval hole, this system stabilizes the rod on exit, the load is distributed uniformly, reducing and practically eliminating friction.
The line release interacts with the shaft hook lever with a system that all manufacturers have now recognized as the best system, and adopted worldwide. We are the inventors of this innovation, just as we were the first to adopt rotation fulcrums suitable for reducing the weight of the trigger.
The movement uses a torsion spring.
The box is copied from the original, it follows the curves, to make it we had to build a special mold, and it is obtained from a 1.5 mm thick sheet metal, the components are printed with millesimal precision, the holes are then reworked with centesimal reamers, to ensure perfect rotation, the thicknesses used are 9.5 mm for the hook lever, 6 mm for the trigger, 3.5 mm for the line release lever, All the details are rounded, the line release does not cut the wire, the trigger has a special grip that prevents the finger from slipping during shooting.
Tested with 350 kg load. All components are made of AISI 316L stainless steel except the rod retaining roller which is in 17-4.
